The gist. Sheetrev is a Google Sheets add-on that syncs Stripe data into your Sheet. Use it to understand your business, don't use it to break anything or anyone. Pay for it monthly, cancel anytime.
1. The Service
Sheetrev ("the service") is a Google Workspace add-on that reads data from your Stripe account via a restricted, read-only API key you provide, and writes it into a Google Sheet you control. The service also runs optional time-driven triggers (daily sync, weekly digest email) from within your Google account.
2. Account And Eligibility
To use the paid tier you need a Google account and a Stripe account you control. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction and you must comply with both Stripe's and Google's terms while using the service.
3. Free Trial, Billing, Cancellation
- Both the Starter (19/month) and Pro (49/month) plans include a 14-day free trial. Your card is not charged during the trial.
- On day 15, the plan you selected is charged monthly in advance unless you have cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from the link in any Stripe receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, email us. We handle it case by case.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide a read-only restricted Stripe key. Do not paste a full secret key unless you accept the additional risk.
- Do not use the service to process payment card data you do not already handle via Stripe.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or re-brand the add-on without written permission.
- Do not use the service to perform automated actions against Stripe at a rate that violates Stripe's rate limits.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sheetrev for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to process data you do not have rights to, or in a way that harms the service or other users. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability of the license-check endpoint but do not guarantee any SLA. The add-on is designed to keep working through short backend outages via a client-side cache and a 7-day grace period. No service should be used as your only source of truth. Stripe remains the source of truth for your billing data.
7. Disclaimer And Liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. MRR numbers, Ghost Churn flags, and any other derived values are informational and should not be treated as accounting, tax, or investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the add-on sidebar at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally go to the competent courts of France, unless mandatory consumer-protection law grants you a different forum.
