Common Issues
- License check failed — open the sidebar, click "I already subscribed – refresh". If it persists, make sure you're logged into the same Google account you used at checkout.
- Sync errors — verify your Stripe restricted key has the correct permissions. In your Stripe dashboard go to Developers → API keys → your restricted key and set exactly: Customers: Read, Subscriptions: Read, Invoices: Read, Charges: Read, Payment Intents: Read. All other resources should be set to None.
- Dashboard shows no data — run a manual sync first (sidebar → Sync now), then open the Dashboard tab.
- Daily sync not running — install it from the sidebar Actions section. Requires an active Pro subscription.
Billing
Subscriptions are managed via Stripe. To cancel, use the link in any receipt email or contact us and we'll cancel on your behalf immediately.
